I stayed about three weeks at Palmer Station, serviced and calibrated the NSF UV Monitor, and helped moving the instrument to a new building. During this time, I enjoyed spectacular sunrises and sunsets; wailing winds; calving glaciers; clear sunny days offering breathtaking views; a ride in a Zodiac inflatable boat; and the great community at Palmer Station.
