Day 14

Finally, the last day of our adventurous journey dawned. After the storm the day before, the sky was clear again, and the light at the beach was fantastic.

We were overlooking the Pacific during our last breakfast; ...

... broke camp; did some sightseeing in Santa Barbara, drove through Santa Monica, where we had stayed for three days the year before; tried to get through the moloch Los Angeles as quickly as possible; and were back in La Jolla just around sunset, which we enjoyed at the Glider Port. Below is the last picture of our motor home before we returned it the other day. Our journey was over but our memories were filled with many unforgettable impressions.
